Seated Dance for Over 50s

Service Description

Delivered in partnership with Sense, our 45-minute seated dance sessions are a fun, low-impact way to keep active. Sessions are free and take place every Wednesday at 11am. These are audio sessions delivered by phone and suitable for older people and people with sight loss. When you register, you will be directed through to the Sense booking channel.
