Conversations with Carers

There are 7 million carers in the UK. Some work on the frontline of social care, others are unpaid carers for family members that need support because of illness, age or disability.

Conversations with Carers explores the lived experience of paid and unpaid carers through a series of podcasts and articles, which have also inspired 5 short dance films performed by disabled and non-disabled artists. Conversations with Carers aims to connect care, compassion and creativity by giving voice and artistic expression to carers. The project  is supported using public funding by Arts Council England.
