We provide a range of online and in-person dance opportunities. Join one of our group sessions below or book a private session tailored to you. Please contact us if you would like us to create a bespoke class or programme or to find out about other partnership programmes we are delivering.
VI Dance, Birmingham
Tuesdays, 11-12 pm, FABRIC, Birmingham
We've teamed up with Bollywood Dreams to offer free dance classes for adults with sight loss at FABRIC, Birmingham B5 4TB. This programme is for all abilities and part of our 'Dance Dosti' initiative which supports people of South Asian heritage with sight loss to dance. Friends and family welcome. Supported by Thomas Pocklington Trust.

Youth Dance, London
Every Sunday, 9.45-10.45 am
Join our classes for disabled young people of all abilities in partnership with Active Westminster and Everyone Active. Classes take place at Queen Mother Sports Centre, SW1V 1EL and cost £3.50 per class. Our fun, sessions support people to express themselves and draw on a range of dance styles. There will also be opportunities to perform. Register in advance to join.

VI Ballroom, London
Every Sunday, 10.30-11.45am
Join our beginner Ballroom and Latin dance classes for adults with sight loss, supported by British Blind Sport. Classes take place every Sunday at 10.30am in Westminster and cost £5.50 per 75-minute class. Learn a range of dances, from Tango to Cha Cha, in a supportive, sociable setting. Register in advance to join.

Sense Saturdays
45-minute Zoom 'Exercise through Dance' for disabled people
Start the weekend with our Zoom dance sessions every Saturday at 11am. Have fun while getting active, learning new routines from Contemporary dance to Hip-Hop. Classes are suitable for all abilities and can be done seated or standing. When you register, you will be directed to the booking page of our partner Sense.

Seated Audio Dance
Every Wednesday at 11am
Our 50-minute telephone seated dance in partnership with Sense are carefully tailored to support people to dance through audio communication. Participants simply connect to class through a phone call and learn fun, accessible dance moves to favourite music. Please email us to take part.

Dance Dosti: Online
Digital dance for people with sight loss
Dance Dosti provides free pre-recorded video and audio dance sessions for people with sight loss – but they’re open to everyone. Sessions are available in English, Bengali, Gujarati, and Hindi. Register through the Dance Dosti website to take part. Dance Dosti is a partnership with Metro Blind Sport and supported by Vision Foundation.

Learn to dance with one-to-one private lessons in your chosen dance style. Our professional dancers provide tailored private sessions for individuals, couples, and groups.
