We provide a range of online and in-person dance opportunities. Join one of our group sessions below or book a private session tailored to you. Please contact us if you would like us to create a bespoke class or programme or to find out about other partnership programmes we are delivering.

VI Ballroom, London

75-minute classes for visually impaired adults

We're back with beginner Ballroom and Latin dance classes for visually impaired adults, in partnership with Metro Blind Sport. Classes take place in Westminster every Sunday at 2.30pm and cost £5 per class. Learn a range of dances from Tango to Samba in a supportive, sociable setting. Participants must register in advance. We will then contact you with joining details.


Sunday Sessions, London

60-minute live dance for disabled people 11+

Join our live dance classes for disabled people of all abilities, in partnership with Active Westminster. Classes take place in Queensway, London every Sunday at 12.30pm and cost £3 per class. Join every week or whenever you can. Our fun classes draw inspiration from a range of dance styles. Carers welcome. Once you register, we will contact you with joining details.

Sense Saturdays

45-minute Zoom 'Dance for Exercise' for disabled people

Start the weekend with our Zoom dance sessions every Saturday at 11am. Have fun while getting active, learning new routines from Bollywood to Hip-Hop. Classes are suitable for all abilities and can be done seated or standing. When you register, you will be directed to the  booking page of our partner Sense.


Seated Audio Dance

Every Wednesday at 11am (returns September)

Our 50-minute telephone seated dance sessions are carefully tailored to support people to dance through audio communication. Participants simply connect to class through a phone call and learn fun, accessible dance moves to favourite songs. Email your booking request to: callan.barber@sense.org.uk

Dance Dosti

Digital dance for people with sight loss from a South Asian Background

Dance Dosti provides free online dance for people with sight loss – but they’re open to everyone. Choose from over 100 sessions in in English, Bengali, Gujarati, and Hindi. Sign up through the Dance Dosti website. Dance Dosti is a partnership with Metro Blind Sport and supported by Vision Foundation.

Learn to dance with one-to-one private lessons in your chosen dance style. Our professional dancers provide tailored private sessions for individuals, couples, and groups.
