Dance Practitioner

I trained at the Urdang Academy where I studied a range of dance styles including Ballet, Tap, and Modern.  I have extensive experience in teaching children and adults with special educational needs and additional learning needs.  

I was part of a project with The Place, which supported students with English as a second language to learn about Key Stage 2 core science topics through dance.  This was the start of an exciting journey, learning how inclusive dance can creates opportunities for equality and creativity. I went on to teach at the specialist performing arts College Orpheus from 2015 - 2020, during which I gained my MA in Dance Technique Pedagogy from the University of Middlesex.
