I am a dance Movement Psychotherapist with an MA from Goldsmiths University of London and a BA in Social Work. My work focuses on the educational, artistic and therapeutic value of movement and dance. I have a background as a dance artist having studied a variety of dance styles including Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Physical Theatre and Improvisation.
I enjoy working with people of all ages and have extensive experience providing creative dance for older people, adults and young people with mental health challenges and people with learning disabilities. I believe in nurturing a supportive and collaborative environment and fostering potential through activities that encourage creativity, imagination, active thinking and curiosity.
